Sceptre Net

This commercial project formed part of a significant office expansion and complete renovation for Sceptre, transforming the space into a modern, high-spec working environment from top to bottom.

Relay provided design services, emergency lighting design, containment installation, 3-phase power and distribution, and the full lighting design and installation. The scheme includes the bespoke SceptreNet feature LED sign and illuminated wall, suspended linear lighting, feature globe pendants and recessed strip details for a seamless, architectural finish.

We worked closely with ARC LED on the feature and recessed strip lighting, and with Ansell Lighting for the main office lighting and suspended linear details. Power is distributed via a split metered 3-phase distribution board with surge protection, with containment for power, network and fire alarm running throughout the building. The works also included all field wiring for the mechanical ventilation and a new 22kW 3-phase twin electric vehicle charging point. The client was great to work with throughout, and the finished space speaks for itself.
