Project Overview
We were appointed to carry out the full electrical and lighting installation for a new reception and entrance area at Hobbs Rehabilitation, a specialist neurological rehabilitation centre. The works formed part of a wider building project to create a welcoming, accessible, and professionally lit arrival space for patients, visitors, and staff.
Our package included sub-main supplies and the installation of new FuseBox distribution boards, with separate circuits for lighting and the garage/office areas. We installed electric automatic door closers with disabled push-button access throughout the entrance, ensuring full accessibility compliance, alongside emergency lighting, fire alarm call points, and a network and data cabinet.
Externally, the scheme was finished with Collingwood recessed uplighters set into the composite decking, festoon lighting strung across the fences and timber pergola structures, and industrial bulkhead wall lighting mounted on the timber cladding, creating a warm, considered atmosphere that carries through from dusk into the evening.
