Project Overview
The Paddock is a high-specification new build home where Relay Electrical Services was appointed to carry out the full electrical installation, working closely with the developer and builder from the design stage through to final commissioning. The project demanded a high level of coordination across multiple disciplines, and the result is a home that is as technically capable as it is visually impressive.
One of the standout elements of this project was the bespoke LED lighting scheme, integrated into the staircase, kitchen cabinetry, and island to create refined, architectural lighting details that elevate the interior throughout. The external lighting was carefully designed in collaboration with the project team to meet the requirements of the local environmental survey, ensuring the scheme was both functional and sympathetic to the surrounding landscape.
On the technical side, we designed and installed the field wiring for the air source heat pump, and commissioned the Smart Whisper heating controls for precise zone-by-zone management. Home networking, CCTV, security alarm, and electric gates were all integrated as part of a comprehensive smart-home-ready installation. Every system was fully tested and certified on completion.
