Blue Haze - residential renovation in Lyme Regis
Project Overview
This residential project is currently underway at Blue Haze in Lyme Regis. Relay Electrical Services are working alongside Rawlins Renovations on a design and build project, delivered directly with the client.
The works comprise a full rewire of all power and lighting circuits throughout the property, together with a new structured cabling and WiFi network installation and a smart heating system. Sub-main cabling has been installed to serve a new garden studio, which also benefits from infrared heating.
A ground floor annex has been provided with a metered sub-main supply, and an electric vehicle charging point has been installed. A full project gallery will follow as the works progress.
