Wynyards Gap Inn

We were delighted to undertake the electrical renovation at the charming Winyards Gap Inn, a beloved country pub nestled in the heart of West Dorset. Collaborating closely with the new management team and other trades, our skilled electricians ensured the project ran seamlessly from design to installation, meeting the crucial deadline to re-launch in time for Christmas.

Our scope of work included:

• Specification and design of new lighting systems.
• Lighting installation, including ambient and task lighting.
• Emergency lighting for enhanced safety.
• Alteration of kitchen power circuits.
• Installation of a state-of-the-art BlueSound System in the bar and restaurant.

We used Ansell Lighting for high-quality, dimmable downlights and angled spotlights, perfect for creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. To complement the pub’s new aesthetic, Corston Architectural Detail provided brass switches and sockets, which paired beautifully with the fresh blue décor.
